Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted on June 19, 1992.

In the upper part there are two azure ribbons symbolising the Nyzhnia Dvorichna and the Verkhnia Dvorichna rivers.The lower half shows some weaponry of Cossacks, symbolising that the town was an outpost of Cossacks.
