History: Raised in 1685 as the Duke of Shrewsbury's Regiment of Horse, which becom the 5th Dragoon Guards in 1784. in 1922 amalgamated with [[The Inniskillings (6th Dragoons), British Army]] to form the 5th/6th Dragoons.

5TH DRAGOON GUARDS (PRINCESS CHARLOTTE OF WALES'S), BRITISH ARMY

History:Raised in 1685 as the Duke of Shrewsbury's Regiment of Horse, which becom the 5th Dragoon Guards in 1784. in 1922 amalgamated with The Inniskillings (6th Dragoons), British Army to form the 5th/6th Dragoons.
