Origin/meaning
The Key symbolises command and control. The Sun a meassurment of Time indicates accomplishment within the time allotted. Togheter they are symbolic of successfully completing difficult tasks. The Wavy Blue Bar is indicative of the Rhineland Campaign during World War II, which the predecessor 541st Quartermaster Battalion Participated. The Camel symbolises service in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The Palm refer to the Merittoriou Unit Commandation awarded for service in Southwest Asia.
