Escudo de azul, parra de ouro gavinhada do mesmo, entre uma falcata de prata, posta em barra e um gládio de prata, posto em banda, ambos em chefe e uma ponte de um arco de prata, lavrada de negro, movente dos flancos e nascente de um pé ondado de prata e azul de três tiras. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ CIDADELHE - MESÃO FRIO “.
