Escudo de negro, com um castelo de duas torres, de ouro, aberto e iluminado de vermelho, encimado por uma águia voando, de sua cor, realçada de prata, tendo nas garras um peixe de prata. Em chefe um crescente de prata tendo dentro uma estrela de oito raios do mesmo metal, acompanhado o crescente por quatro estrelas de prata de oito raios, dois de cada lado em pala. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda de negro : " VILA DE CELORICO DA BEIRA ".
