Escudo de negro, com uma caravela de vermelho, vestida, mastreada, encordoada, realçada e com âncora de ouro, vogante num mar composto de sete faixas ondadas de prata e verde. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " VILA DO CONDE ".
