Province : Vest-Agder
Additions : 1965 Herad, Lista, Spind

Arms of Farsund

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted in 1900 or 1901.

The arms symbolise the large linden tree that stood for many years in the centre of the town until the 1950s.
