KRUSDORF
State : Steiermark
District : Südoststeiermark (until 2015 Feldbach)
Incorporated into : 2015 Straden
Official blazon
In Rot ein durchgebogener Schildfuß, aus dessen Enden auf- und einwärts zwei sich berührende silberne Rosen wachsen.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on June 14, 1982.
The arms indicate that the municipality lies in a valley (base). Two local chapels are dedicated to Our Lady, the "rose among the thorns". So two roses grow to the centre of the shield, also symbolising the unification of two municipalities to form today's Krusdorf in 1951.
