Escudo de verde, uma ponte de um arco de prata, lavrada de púrpura e movente dos flancos; chefe de arminhos. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ MOÇARRIA “.

Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on August 16, 1996.

The chief or ermine, a royal symbol, refers to the fact that the lands in the parish were historically owned by the King. The bridge refers to the Roman settlements in the area. The green of the shield refers to the importance of agriculture.
