Wappen von Sool

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on April 8, 1939.

The arms show a castle and a rising sun. The meaning of the arms is not known, the arms are taken from a roll of arms from the early 18th century where it was shown as the arms of the Nobles of Sool. The sun may be a canting element, the castle a simplified image of the local castle.
