Escudo de ouro, armação de arco festivo de verde, mastreado do mesmo, aberto do campo e carregado de uma estrela de oito pontas de vermelho, realçada de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: " VILA MOU ".
