District/county (județ) : Mureș
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on May 11, 2011.
The red brick wall refers to the historical monuments in the area (Roman basilica, Pauline monastery) and the main economic activity, construction and making construction materials. The wavy bar is the Mureș river.
The marigold is a typical flower in the local gardens. The wheat stalks refer to the agricultural tradition of the village.
