LĂPUȘNICU MARE
District/county (județ) : Caraș-Severin
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 28, 2005.
The two crosses represent the two Orthodox churches in the area, namely Lăpușnicu Mare, built in 1770, and Moceriș, built in 1880.
The deer represents the rich wildlife of the area.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
