MĂGHERANI

District/county (județ) : Mureș

Stema Măgherani

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 29, 2014.

The oak leaves represent the forest richness in deciduous forests, and their number indicates the number of component villages of the commune.

The hills and the horse are symbols in the coat of arms of the Bereczki family, whose destinies are closely linked to this locality.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
