Ecartelé: aux 1 et 4 d'or à la bande de gueules qui est de Ligne; aux 2 et 3 d'argent à trois lions de gueules armés et lampassés d'or, qui est de Barbançon. L'écu timbré d'un heaume d'argent taré de front, sommé d'une couronne à cinq fleurons d'or, grillé, colleté, et liseré du méme, doublé et attaché. d'azur aux lambrequins d'or et de gueules. Cimier: un écran de l'écu.
