Origin/meaning
The Coat of Arms are based on those of the Royal House of Borbón (the Spanish spelling for Bourbon). The 11th Cavalry Regiment in 1944 become Tradition Keeper for the Lanceros the Borbón Regiment disbanded in 1931. The Ist Group of the Regiment was then designated "Lanceros de Borbón".
