Origin/meaning
The Hammer of Thor represents the armiger's love of Nordic mythology while the ram's head refers to their sign in the zodiac system. The three stars reference their family name. The Irminsul in the crest once more refers to the love of Nordic mythology and is placed between two horns as is traditional in central European heraldry. The colours of the arms are derived from Prussian black and silver.
