Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tripartit. În partea dreaptă, în câmp albastru, se află o cruce de aur. În partea stângă, în câmp roșu, se află două frunze de stejar cu câte o ghindă, de aur. În vârful scutului, în câmp argintiu, se află un cap roșu de cal înhămat, privind spre dreapta. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on May 11, 2011.
The upper part refers to the importance of forestry for the area. The wavy bar refers to the Mureș river, and was also found on ancient pottery found in the area.
The capercaillie refers to the nature and the Toplita-Deda nature reserve.
