Un scut triunghiular tăiat cu marginile rotunjite. În cartierul 1, sus, în câmp roșu se află două spade încrucișate aurii. În cartierul 2, jos, în câmp argintiu se află 3 ghinde, așezate două în partea de sus și una dedesubt, poziționată între ele, colorate în fond verde, inclusiv capacele. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 25, 2012.
The crossed swords are reminiscent of the battle of Hindău in 1395. The 3 acorns (ghinde) signify the etymology of the name of the locality - Ghindăoani.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
