Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on September 5, 2008.
The arms are based on the oldest known seal of the village from 1786. The plough clearly is an agricultural symbol, but the origin of the lion is not clear. A lion was not part of the arms of the Lords of the village.
The colours were chosen in 2008.
