Origin/meaning
}Montcalm defended Qubec City against General Wolfe, and the Third Tower and the Dove allude to his Arms. The Porte Class is named for the Gates of Canadian Fortresses and Walled Cities, Porte Quebec was one of the Gates of Montreal.
