HÉMING
Département: Moselle
French | D'or au lion d'azur armé, lampassé et couronné d'or, surmonté de deux fleurs de lis d'azur. |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The lion is taken from the arms of the Lutzelbourg family, former lords of the village. The royal fleur-de-lys indicate that the village became part of France under King Louis XIV.
