ALLSCHWIL

Canton: Basel-Landschaft

Wappen von Allschwil/Arms (crest) of Allschwil

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted in 1939, but the combination of symbols already appeared on the municipal flag in 1934. The sword and the key are the symbols of the local patron saint, St. Paul and St. Peter respectively.
