(fi) Punaisessa kentässä aaltokoroinen hopeatyviö, jonka yläpuolella kultainen apilaristi.
(sv) I rött fält en medelst vågskura bildad stam av silver varöver ett klöverbladskors av guld.

The arms were officially granted on July 17, 1956.

The cross refers to the local church, the clover leaves to the agricultural character of the village. The base shows a lake, as Järv(i) means lake.
