Official blazon
Un scut triunghiular albastru cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat de argint. În partea superioară se află două ramuri de stejar de aur, dispuse semicircular, ale căror părți inferioare se încrucișează în săritoare, asuprite de un snop de spice de grâu de aur. În partea inferioară se află o biserică de argint, cu plan circular, acoperit printr-o cupolă; în partea frontală, biserica are un turn acoperit, înălțat printr-o cruce, cu intrarea arcuită, ajurată negru, deasupra căreia se află trei deschideri, de asemenea ajurate negru și arcuite. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on December 18, 2013.
The garb symbolizes the basic occupation of the inhabitants, agriculture. The oak branches evoke the forest richness of the area.
The wavy bar represents the Dâmbovița river, which crosses the locality. The church represents the church from Frunzănești, built in 1732 and declared a historical monument.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
