Official blazon
Un scut triunghiular roșu cu marginile rotunjite. În interiorul scutului se află broșat un ansamblu de aur format din doi ciorchini de strugure și două frunze, așezați în spirală. În vârful scutului se află un zid de argint, format din patru rânduri dreptunghiulare întrețesute (cu tot cu aliniat) și trei creneluri. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu trei turnuri crenelate.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on March 23, 2016.
The bunch of grapes is part of the seal of the locality, dating from the eighteenth century, but also one of the most important occupations of the inhabitants, viticulture.
The base represents the fortress of Zeynir, one of the most important fortresses in northwestern Transylvania during the Middle Ages, being an important fair in the area.
The mural crown with three crenellated towers means that the town has the status of a city.
