Origin/meaning

The black background represents military fortitude and the notions of action and combat. The globe symbolizes CEFCOM’s area of operations. The falcon represents someone who does not rest until the objective is achieved. The Motto translates as “United in purpose”.

The badge was approved by the Canadian Heraldry Authority on April 15, 2008.
