In keel een dolfijn in natuurlijke kleur springend boven een golvende schildvoet van zilver en azuur van vier stukken. Als embleemspreuk IK ZAL VOOR GAAN i Latijnse letters van zilver op een lint van keel. Approved 9 August 1960.
