KOLSASS

State : Tirol
District : Innsbruck-Land

Wappen von Kolsass

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on July 9, 1936.

The arms with the two dragon heads are based on the arms of Florian Waldauf, who was knighted by Emperor Maximilian and who received the castle Rettenberg in the municipality in 1492.
