Wappen von Flachau (Salzburg)

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 2, 1959.

The green base is a canring element (Flache-Au, flatty meadow). The pine trees refer to the many forests (and importance of forestry) in the area and the silver pale is the Enns river. The plough symbolises the importance of agriculture.
