Origin/meaning
The Ship uses the Arms of its namesake Søren (or Severin) Norby, Commander of the Fleet during the Kings Hans and Christian II. He also served in various European Wars and died during a Siege of Firenze in 1530. Approved by HM The Queen 7 May 1975.
