Escudo de ouro, oliveira arrancada de verde, frutada de negro, entre dois trigueirinhos de negro, realçados de prata, com uma espiga de trigo de verde no bico, o da dextra volvido; em chefe, cruz pátea de vermelho; campanha diminuta ondada de azul e prata de três tiras. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ VALE DE VARGO “.
