History: Raised in 1800 as the Rifle Corps, 1802-15 designated 95th Foot. In 1966 amalgamated with the 1st Green Jackets (43rd and 52nd) and the 2nd Green Jackets (The King's Royal Rifle Corps) to form [[The Royal Green Jackets, British Army]].
