History: Raised in 1800 as the Rifle Corps, 1802-15 designated 95th Foot. In 1966 amalgamated with the 1st Green Jackets (43rd and 52nd) and the 2nd Green Jackets (The King's Royal Rifle Corps) to form The Royal Green Jackets, British Army.
