Escudo de verde, com duas chaves, uma de ouro e outra de prata, passadas em aspa e com os palhetões para o chefe, entre uma espiga de trigo de vermelho, folhada de ouro e campanha ondada de cinco peças, de prata, azul, prata, verde e prata, a do meio carregada de dois peixes de vermelho, animados e realçados de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ PONTA DELGADA - SANTA CRUZ DAS FLORES “.
