Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on August 6, 1988.

The letters T and R refer to the former municipalities of Tarcetta and Rodda, united in 1929 to form the Commune of Pulfero. The castle refers to the Ahrensperg castle in Biacis, destroyed by Order of the Aquileja Patriarch, ruler of the area, in 1364.
