Fältet av en vågskura delat i guld och blått; i det övre fältet en uppstigande svart grip med röd beväring. (Or from a base wavy azure a griffin issuean sable armed and langued gules.) Origin/meaningThe Griffin is from the Arms of the Province of Södermanland where the Division's HQ was located. The Wavy partition symbolises the Lake Mälaren located in the Division's area of responsibility. The Division was also known as the Eastern Division and was disbanded in 2000.
