446TH AEROSPACE MEDICINE SQUADRON, US AIR FORCE
History: Constituted as 446 Tactical Hospital on 11 April 1955. Activated in the Reserve on 25 May 1955. Discontinued, and inactivated, on 17 January 1963. Redesignated as 446 USAF Clinic (Associate) on 18 October 1982. Activated in the Reserve on 1 December 1982. Redesignated as: 446 Medical Squadron on 1 October 1994; 446 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 July 2000.
