Quarterly: 1st Or a lion rampant Gules; 2nd Argent a dexter hand fessways couped Gules holding a cross crosslet fitchee Sable; 3rd Argent a lymphad Sable sails furled oars in action placed on the sea Proper; 4th per fess Or and Azure a leaping salmon in chief Proper; overall a cross quadrate Azure in fess point a church Argent.

Origin/meaning

The arms were not officially granted.

The arms are those of Archibald Maclauchlan of that Ilk matriculated arms in Lyon Register 1680-87, with an additional cross and church.
