Wappen von Stutensee/Arms (crest) of Stutensee
Official blazon
German

In Gold über blauem Wellenschildfuß eine springende rote Stute.

English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 29, 1976.

The new municipality of Stutensee was created in 1975 and named after the former hunting estate of the Margraves of Baden. The arms were based on several proposals send to the municipality in 1975. The arms are canting, a Stute being a stallion. The lower part shows the lake or See. The colours are taken from the arms of Baden.
