Spanish	Escudo cortado: el 1º de oro, con edificios en su color, de los que sobresalen el de la máquina soplante, rematado en llamas de azur y plata, y dos chimeneas humeantes; el 2º de plata, con el crucero “Vizcaya” (casco negro, arboladura y chimeneas amarillas y superestructuras blancas), con gallardete en el palo mayor y bandera a popa, navegando sobre el mar de azur agitado de plata.
