Blue: a dolphin affronty gold tail in chief.
Motto:Per me tutus

Origin/meaning

Telemachus was according to Greek Mythology the Son of Ulysses and Penelope. He was saved from Drowning by a Dolphin. The Motto translates as "Safely through me". The Badge was approved in 1922.
