MOVILA
District/county (județ) : Ialomița
Official blazon
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on January 19, 2006.
The hill (movila) is a canting element. The free canton is based on the coat of arms of the Hohenzollern royal family.
The narrow strips symbolically represent the railway tracks, the locality being an important railway junction.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
