Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on December 22, 2008.
The arms reflect the sculpture “Horse and falcon” (by sculptor Z. Kuzma) standing in the centre of town. The horse symbolizes power and joy, and the falcon symbolizes fidelity and persistence. Red symbolizes courage, and silver symbolizes honour and wealth.
