FAGGEN

State: Tirol
District: Landeck

Wappen von Faggen/Arms (crest) of Faggen
Official blazon
German blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on December 16, 1986.

The arms are based on the original Romanic name of the village, which can be translated as 'the place where one can cross different branches of the river'. This is simulated by the different bends in the arms.
