A Pataka (Maori Stone House).
Motto: Ma te rourou e rato ai = By supply we serve.

Origin/meaning

The badge symbolise the function of the Base as a Stores Base. The badge was approved originally for RNZAF Station Te Rapa in August 1960. It was approved for the Base in July 1979.
