Origin/meaning
The recruting Area of the 3rd Brigade Vestfold and Telemark has strong Viking Traditions, and the Oseberg-Ship was found here. Hence the choice of a Viking Ship for the Brigade's Coat of Arms. The Brigade is now disbanded.
