FLADNITZ IM RAABTAL

State: Steiermark
District: Südoststeiermark (until 2015 Feldbach)
Incorporated into: 2015 Kirchberg an der Raab

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on September 14, 1998.

The arms are based on those of the Fladnitzer, local landowners in the Middle Ages, with three fleur-de-lis for difference. These are also a reference to the meaning of the name (swamp or moor brook).
