Origin/meaning
As was fashionalble at the time, he used two shield; one with the diocesan arms and one with the personal arms. The personal arms show in the lower half three crows (Racken) and are a canting symbol. The sun and plough refer to the Christian light and happiness, the plough stands for labour and farmers.
