Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on July 15, 1986.
The arms show a cow's bell, a typical attribute of the cows in the Swiss and Austrian Alps. The village originally was dependent of cattle farming, hence the symbol of the bell was chosen. The division symbolises the slopes on which the cows grazed.
