MARCO DE CANAVESES

Official blazon
Escudo de negro, com um chafariz de ouro repuxando água de prata. Em contra-chefe uma ponte de prata aberta com sete arcos e ameada, sobre um rio ondado de prata e azul. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " MARCO DE CANAVESES ".
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on February 25, 1994.
Unfortunately I have no background information on these arms. Any information is welcome !
The previous arms were granted on May 26, 1986 and only differ in the crown.
